The Dual Pro wasn’t available when I bought mine either (August 2021). I decided on the 7W spindle mount. I struggled with the different wattages too, and in the end I decided I wanted the “fastest” one available. I have no regrets on that decision. As JTech points out, the 4.2W will go 2X as fast as the 2.8W and the 7W will go 4X as fast as the 2.8W.
