Good afternoon, I purchased the Amana 45710 V-Groove bit and I am not sure what to use for feeds and speeds. I will use on both soft and hard wood. If anyone can assist that would be wonderful. Thank you so very much! Crystal

Many of the Carbide3d bit numbers can be used for almost identical 3rd party tools. You can make a custom tool but just using the C3D tool numbers is easy and the F&S has already been figured out.

I would trust the below chart for an HDM/Pro. For an SO3 or any belt-driven machine, I would start by cutting these in 1/2 and then building up. I imagine the top would be 60 IPM for an SO3 or comparable machine.
