Hi I’m hoping someone might be able to help while Im waiting to hear back, I purchased a new shapeoko5 4x4 with the 65mm spindle. I couldn’t get the spindle to turn on, support sent me a new vfd controller and it’s still not working.
One thing id like to confirm is the wiring pin out on the adapter harness between units.

If you have a GFI in the power line, it needs to be removed.
Otherwise you already have the correct people in the loop.
