Hey looking for some help since support isn’t great so far. So initially it appeared to be working ok, but then quickly went south.
It looks like the Left side Motor is meeting some kind of resistance and grinding and not staying square more often than not when moving the Y axis.
Here’s a video with the sound, if anyone has suggestions that would be great.
Have you checked your ball screws and bearing blocks to see if they are cleaned? Also, check your linear rails to make sure they don’t have anything in the bearing blocks and the linear rails don’t have rust.
That red cable lead was slightly unplugged from the connector, found it when it shocked me as I was retracing cables. 
That seems to be the culprit as I ran a 30min project and it came out almost perfect to a laser cut prototype.
