I adjusted my spindle and prompted to run. Still get a pop up saying zero didn’t set like before. Wouldn’t start right away so I hit run again and the machine moved the spindle came on, but running extremely slow and the machine moved to the back right of material and started cutting, More like dragging the bit in the material.
If you mean the spindle was not up to speed when it started cutting, try starting the tool a ways from the start point. i.e. the start point is in the upper right portion of the job, so jog the X axis a couple feet to the left before starting. Hopefully that gives the spindle enough time to get up to full speed. They really need to allow a stop command (M0) or delay/dwell (G04) after the spindle on.
