.STL importer not working

I have an .stl file from a design I created in Shaper (iOS) that loads fine in https://www.viewstl.com. However when I import the .stl on the model tab in Carbide Create v7 Pro, the model is missing the outside taper and bottom. For toolpaths, I was planning on cutting the inside first and then flipping over and cutting the outside. Is that even going to be possible with Carbide Create?

Is there a place to attach a file?

if the file is not too big for the forum either just paste it in or use the upload button in your reply screen. The upload button looks like a fat line with arrow pointing up.
