I’ve had the same problem with the Sweepy screws, 3 different times, even trying to be careful. Instead of Loctite, I’ve been using painter’s tape the last few months as shown in the pic. One piece of tape lasts about 20+ times releasing and reclamping before needing another. Another option for peace of mind.

Blue painters tape has a lot of uses. You will likely remove it periodically but even the blue tape can leave residue after long periods of time so be sure to replace it periodically.
