You can disable the blue filter: Settings/Display/Blue Light Filter (toggle off…all assuming you’re using Android 7 Nougat)

Yup, it was actually disabled by default. I just thought it was funny that there was a feature to reduce eye strain that actually made it harder for me to see. The should call it “Jaundice Mode” as it’s actually a pretty terrible yellowish color to stare at.

So can you use the stylus in carbide create?
Yes, if you get a tablet/stylus which runs on/in Windows or Mac OS X.
Note that in Windows, if you have a Wacom EMR (possibly other types of styluses) and updates to Fall Creators Update it becomes impossible to select drop-down menus with the stylus — I’ve had to roll back twice now.
