So, I have some files where the tabs delete on their own. I have cut these files before with the tabs, then open them at a later date and the tabs are gone. Anyone else experiencing this?
I’ve had them disappear when I click “Ok” to close the control, but haven’t noticed them being gone after an open. I’m on MacOS for what it’s worth.
I suspect a memory issue, because I can close CC completely, reopen and successfully create and save tabs.
Do you have a file where the tabs show in Carbide Create, both in the Tabs and the 3D preview, but don’t show when that file is loaded in Carbide Create? Or a file which shows tabs in the G-code preview in Carbide Motion, but doesn’t cut them?
If so, please send it to us at support@carbide3d.com
I saw this in a file created in an earlier CC version. They were missing when opened in a later version.
I think that might be it. I remember when I was first learning, I was curious about what a V6 file was in the file menu (later learned it was short for version 6). Anyway, I had tried exporting as a V6 file, but didn’t notice anything different. It may have been this file I was playing with.
