The more you try, the more you learn. Todays lesson - check your Fusion 360 library for duplicate tool numbers. Just happened to hit the right combination In a project where I had a 1/8” endmill (tool #604) toolpath in a row with a 1/16” endmill (also tool #604!!!) toolpath and of course this also means no stop for toolchange in the gcode - just went into the part with more radius than expected. Still useable outcome at the end but the result will always remain to remind me of the time.
