HI, had my 5pro 4x4 for about 3 years, and all been great, except today, heard a slight knock as it was working, then another, and things went out of kilter, left hand y axis screw seems to have mis alighned, it moved correctly to initialise after the problem, but then faultered at the end and would not go all the way back, i cannot turn that one when the machine is off, the machine is still square, but unsure of the best way forward, do i take the x axis gantry off, to check movement of the left screw, to see if its free? any help appreciated, as I have a deadline!

in touch, but has stopped now, any docs out there regarding the coupling on the lead screw, how to take apart and clean, think thats the issue, its jammed
I believe the left side of the X ball screw is free floating. There has been threads on that subject.
Mine has a little play radially. I put lube in there from time to time.
I think you could remove the bracket without causing a problem, but listen to support before me.

have a video call with them later today, cant fault the response from them, 
well after a couple of hours video chat, problem, still not resolved, but cannot fault their help, very thorough, just realy ran out of time (saturday) so they will comeback to me on monday, brilliant service, thank you
issue resolved with a loose nut, trapping coupeler, many thanks to carbide 3d and their help, faultless, re assemble tomorrow and all should be good
