I have been using SO3 with carbide motion and cambam for a year and love it! I have hit a snag recently. I was cutting a board with an arc on the end and instead of getting a straight profile I got a tiered profile. The top cut was fine but each one after that was off by the cutter diameter. My belts are fine, it only happens in the Y direction and is consistent with the profile command. Ant thoughts are appreciated.
