Apollo cut Damascus:
Im really excited to share this project with the Carbide 3D Community.
Its still amazing to me how quickly you can go from Concept to Real parts with the Nomad and Carbide Create.
Last week Ed suggested I design a “Key Thing” Project , and its been kicking around in my head and here’s my thinking:
You need a system to unite the keys.

Ive been wanting to design my own Titanium Mutli Tool for awhile,
Over the last couple months Ive been working on some designs,
Last week I finally could no longer resist testing out the design.
Its time to cut some Titanium with the Nomad.

My Hand tool was designed for a 1/16 cutter.
Next, all I needed was some material.
I ordered a 6" x 6" x .125" square sheet of Grade 2 Titanium from McMaster - Carr.

But neither of those materials has been cut by anyone AFAIK (timascus is new to me — had to look it up, way cool!) — suspect Mokume will cut similarly to Damascus. Do you have any specifications for them?
