What does it look like when you open it in a 3rd party STL viewing tool?

I open stuff in Microsoft 3D Builder to check out this sort of thing.

The three programs I opened the file you uploaded in shows it to be a 2d shape. There is no thickness, or Z height.

I had the customer regenerate the STL and send it again…and this time, it came in correctly. The error must be on her side.
