Tool Library, import export

I run CC and CM on a PC (in the house) and a Laptop (in the shed). I do the majority of the setup in the house, then transfer the file (via USB stick) to the laptop.
Occasional, I find that I need to change to a bit that I have added to the PC and not to the laptop.
Is there a way of coping the tool library to the laptop? Or is it a case of manually adding to both.

See:

The laptop in the shed is not connected to the internet so I can’t use anything like Dropbox.

Is there anything like to the old “Briefcase” from the Win95 floppy-disk days?

Or, can flash drives still have an autoexec batch file which runs when inserted? If so, set up one which copies the tools directory to/from the drive so as to keep things in synch?

That is the question, where is the tool library

Thank you very much for your help. Just what I was looking for.

Just copy tool library on USB and put on second computer. Just remember to sync up when adding new tools.
