Toolpath Groups List Remain Collapsed

This has been a feature request since March 2022. No word yet if anyone at CC will look at this.

Don't expand Tool Path Groups unless req'd

If you have multiple toolpath groups, and they are collapsed, CC will expand them all at the drop of a hat. Create a new toolpath group? ALL groups expanded. Rename a toolpath group? ALL groups expanded. Add a toolpath? ALL groups expanded. The only thing that should be expanded is the toolgroup you are adding a toolpath too.
