Tore my USB plug in off controller box on shapeoko 5

Hi,
I just bought my machine Shapeoko 5 and built a table for it (mounted the control box on outside should have mounted it inside)and as I was rolling it got against my toolbox and tore the usb plug that attaches to the warthog board inside the box. Any suggestions on how to fix this. The plug in is soldered to the board. Can you buy these boards or will it break the bank. Feel like such an idiot.

This arguably counts as part of “assembling” the machine. If so, it would be covered under the C3D “Initial 60-Day User Error Warranty” if you built the machine soon after you received it.

Contact Support, they may be able to help you.

Thanks guys for replacing my controller, if anyone has any doubt to the claims of good customer service let me be the first to tell you there is none better anywhere. Period!
