Trimming lines in carbide create

I’ve used different cad systems through the years but am new to carbide create.
I’m having trouble with simple things, like trimming lines or circles at intersections.
Anybody?

I’m afraid Carbide Create doesn’t allow much editing of open paths — you can go into node edit and drag the nodes around or scale them, but that’s about it.

You can use Boolean operations on closed paths, but if they’re curves they get converted into polylines, which makes any sort of editing more difficult.
