I am trying to download images and bring them into CCPro to trace. When I go into the trace function, none of the files show up. I’m storing them in my D drive but they don’t show up when I go to the D drive in the Create software.
Where are you getting the files from?

I think I found the issue. Apparently the 4 or 5 different files I tried to download and use just all happened not to be supported file types. This stuff is confusing. Lol
When you click on “Trace Image”, the supported file types are shown in the “File Type” pulldown in the file explorer Open dialog.
