Hello!
I have decided to upgrade from my humble Shapeoko 3 XXL to an avid PRO 4x8 CNC, so I will be selling off the machine and all its accessories and bits and bobs. Looking to get $2500 USD for all this. Located near Annapolis, MD. Don’t know exact value of all this stuff offhand but I probably paid $4000-5000 for all the different things included.
This machine is fairly heavily modified, such as-
-
A solid aluminum fixture table from Ohio Diesel Parts
-
2.2 KW 110v water cooled spindle with VFD, installed with two secondary drag chains
-
HDZ Upgrade, and newer belt size
I have used the machine a fair bit but not a ton, overall machining hours is probably close to 150-200. I will also be including a lot of other parts -
-2.2kw spindle wired with double shielded cable (Only real flaw with my setup is that my soldering on aviator connector is lacking and I had to splice the shielded cable, however I have run it for over 80 hours without issue) Water pump, VFD ready to go. 110V
- Shopvac brand shopvac with two standard size hoses and the larger hose used for 80 mm spindle dust collection
-Basic vacuum pump, 2 Rockler vacuum pod kits and misc fittings and tubing (Never used, never put in the time to make it work)
-BitSetter, BitZero and splitter for them to both work at once
-Carbide 3d Low profile vice, original carbide 3d router, both original and larger dust boots (Both probably need new seals)
-Extra parts kit from Carbide 3d, with older parts removed from machine. I have the original Z-Plus as well included
- Set of every size imperial cheap chinese collet, as well as 3 nicer balanced collet nuts from a reputable vendor, two ER20 wrenches and a standard 21 mil wrench for the spindle
-Custom hybrid table (Made with a profile from 8020 designed to work with 1/4x20 pan head screws, however heads don’t grip well so have to tighten them with pliers, still works. Slots can definitely be widened to work with standard t-slot bolts). Will include tons of misc 1/4x20 hardware. Will also have extra hardware that be used to attach stuff to the fixture plates (5/16x18)
-Selection of powertech clamps in two sizes, as well as extra knobs and t-bolts
-Selection of double sided and carpet tape
-Anything else that I can find to go with this
I am also willing to include the base it is on for free, it is around 4’x4’ and it is definitely strong, has three drawers on left, open compartment on back left side where I keep 5gal bucket for water cooled spindle, and left side is open with door for storage. Fit and finish is a bit rough as I built it early on, but it still works. Don’t know how easy it would disassemble so it would probably need to go on a trailer.
I will also include a selection of bits that I have never used and probably some that still have a bit of life left in them, so the only thing you should need to get started with this is a computer to run this. (probably 10-20 1/4" bits, a little more than half new in tube). I will probably go through more of my cabinets and find other things that are going to be included in this as well.
