Just purchased RC-45711 and huge improvement over my router v bit I was using but still not happy with the final result. It’s very rough looking. Is this a feed rate issue? RPM issue?
Running at 40IPM at 18,000 RPM per manufacture settings of tool.

I was just looking at the other thread you started and part of it could be your depth of cut. Shapeoko recommends i believe around .1 depth per pass, you can confirm that in the tool library.
Part of it is also just pine and the grain structure. You could try running a second toolpath at full depth right after the first to try and clean it up.
When comes v carving we can’t set depth per pass right? All based of vector width? So seems this is a feed issue right?
