VCarve not working as intended (operator error?)

Carbide 3D crew,

I too have been having fun making, designing new items with my HDM. Aluminum and brass inlays are next up on my wish list.

Before that though, I need to get some assistance with my VCarve problems. I am making a poker table name plate, with some simple text and outlines. I used some basic text and converted it to curves before making a VCarve tool path. Problem is the inconsistency I am getting with my results. For example, an ‘O’ looks great in one 60º Vee bit cutout, and looks awful in the next row. Pocket ‘O’ is fine, but Rockets ‘O’ is just bad. As well, the other letters are also inconsistent. I can readily use a new font and re-size but I am wondering why I am getting this error. Feedrate? File?

Appreciate any insight that you can see. Here is the image cut out into a piece of wood. And also attached the Carbide Create file (C2D file).

Regards,

I moved a few things around and simplified your toolpaths.
I also switched the Contour Paths tool to a 60-degree V-bit instead of an EM.

You had two toolpaths for the Txt, one V carve, and one contour.
