Good afternoon everyone.
I had not used my CNC for a month or so and now I have a few projects I need to get done.
Set everything up and the spindle will only show 480 RPM and obvisouly does not spin.
I can use the spindle warm up and it will spin at 8300 RPM. I’m a little confused how that can be.
Anyway in the process of T/S I found a peice of wood that had fallen of the cable from the contril card to the VFD. Looking closer it looks like it pulled the port loose on the controller card. I’ve ordered a new card moments ago but thought I’sd ask here if there is something else I should look at?
