Installed my new VFD spindle kit and everything worked as advertised. It turned on when ready at the RFP speed designated for the tool. Removed the manual steps from using the trim router. But now all of a sudden, I get the trim router messages…set the speed and RFP. I click to proceed and all is good
Did you do the Machine Setup Wizard to configure the VFD?
yes…when i first got it and used it for a couple of weeks and no messages.

Fixed…I went back through machine setup and all the settings were reset to “default” for some reason. So i reset for VFD, etc. and all is good. What would cause the settings to reset?
