Side note… I’m pleasantly surprised something like this is covered under warranty. A+ support as always!

If you have the means, it would still be helpful if you could take a short video (15 seconds or so) to demonstrate the movement you get when you push/pull on the Z-plus…
The steel wheels may be riding on the aluminum extrusion, their out-of-roundness will telecast to the carriage.
See if a playing card or two can slip between the steel wheels, and the extrusion. If not, adjust them up and then retension your belts.

When you mention steel wheel, are you referring to the one the belt rides on?
Yessir, the belt wraps around these wheels on their way to and from the motors.
