So, this is the first time I’ve had this problem. When I got finished a sign I noticed that there were some sections that were not quite right. Check out the pic. It’s upside down to catch the lighting to show it the best. It’s at the bottom (in this picture) of the letters and around the serif of the “c”.
Any thoughts on what could be causing this?
The best approach I’ve found to that sort of thing is to adjust Depth per Pass so as to fit with Max Depth in such a way as to get a finishing pass, e.g., if one has a Max Depth of 0.5" and a Depth per Pass of 0.125" so that 4 full-depth passes are being made, reducing the Depth per Pass to 0.124" will result in 5 passes, the final one of which will remove only 0.004" of material.

Just weird that I’ve made 30-40 signs and this is really maybe the second time it’s happened (the first time was on a larger sign.)
It can be caused by the material being lifted up (use lots of blue painter’s tape and cyanoacrylate glue), but I find adjusting things for a finishing pass is the best approach.
EDIT: One further suggestion/consideration/thing to check from team chat is that all spoilboard slats are secure.
