Weird Question Can not see full screen

My Carbide Create software only does not fit to my computer screens. Is there any type of setting I do not know about in CC?

I have no problems with my Excel, Word or Google, Duck Duck Go

Does your computer meet the system requirements?

Screen Display: 1280 x 1024

Please note that that requires that the Screen Scaling setting be set so that the effective number of pixels is equal to or greater than the above numbers for each axis.
