Somehow I missed the CNC Cookbook article on this sort of thing:
which makes me wonder if a 3x5 index card setup (Form 0 as it was called in the Air Force in response to a “Form 1000” suggestion form (which is still around apparently: Air Force launches new program to capture innovative ideas > U.S. Air Force > Article Display ) — the former had the tagline, “Innovate or die”) wouldn’t be a better option.
Wonder if I could find a set of cards w/ the numbered holes along the edges… (did anyone else every encounter them?)
