I did not find in the wiki site of Shapeoko the type of carbide, in this is for what ?

I don’t think they’d work well in a trim router given the high flute count and low chip clearing.
That type of cutter is meant for fibrous material. I used one on phenolic plastic and it worked better than a standard carbide cutter but still not great. They make some like that for carbon fiber but I would not machine that stuff.

They are for cutting PCB’s.
