What is the size of the collet caps for the ER-20 on the 80mm Spindle?

I want to get extra caps for the collet so I can leave the ER-20 inserts connected. Can anyone share the specs on it (Threads, size, etc.)?

CAVEAT: Yes…I know I need to clean them out from time to time to make sure they don’t get caked up and slip…still worth not having to replace the insert each time I change bits.

Carbide is selling them. I bought two for the same reasons you are stating.

Yup…but I don’t need the collets…just the nut.

Looks like there’s a 25mm thread standard out there…sound right?
