What’s happening to customer service? Anyone there?

Two weeks ago I sent a support request, nothing. Sent a new one last week, nothing, no replies. Called last week, and this morning got to their voicemail, no call back. I have had a Shapeoko 5 pro for well over a month, still doesn’t work. I am not new to cnc machine, this is my 5th router cnc, and my second shapeoko. So I am usually pretty good at solving my own problems. But this seem to be an issue with the software / controller. Nothing I can do. Getting very frustrated, I need this machine to work.

I havent had any issues getting a hold of support within a few days the times I have contacted them via email, but I usually follow up to the same email thread rather than creating a new request.

Things are a little slow on Mondays since we have to work through the backlog from the weekend, and there are a couple of folks who have today off — we’ll do our best to have one of the folks who has experience w/ a Shapeoko 5 Pro contact you as quickly as we can.

I think they are on holiday. Reported some issues upon receiving my machine last friday, but I scarcely get replies…

I think they only open the mailbox once a day and then just hurl out some replies and be done with it.

Well, the saga continues… they opened the mailbox. Saw my last email asking “how about it???”… guess what??? They just fired another question…

Which happened to be answered already in my original ticket. :sob::exploding_head::face_with_peeking_eye:
