My fuc*ing cnc has been down for almost a week, I’ve been calling customer support and leaving messages for almost a week. What the is going on?? My business is sitting idle and no one is returning my calls!!! Is this what great customer support looks like?? I know where i won’t be buying my next cnc from later in the year!!!

No, i called customer support. I didn’t send an email. If you’re not using the call center anymore, you should probably get rid of it from the call menue!
