I’ve been getting into cutting more aluminum with my pro xl and my current process is starting to wear a bit thin. I’ve found one of the most important things is to keep the cut channels free of chips and so far I’ve just been using a small old air compressor, not sure of the specs, to manually blow the chips out. Problem is I have to sit there with it the whole time and i can only run the compressor for about 20mins before it shuts off. I don’t mind investing a little money in a decent (an hopefully quiet) air compressor but I’m not really sure what to look for and what other accessories i might need. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I remember CC doing a video on this and they give all the components in the notes section. I ended up going that route. Nice quality stuff. Let me see if I can find it.
What’s your air pressure set to? If you can lower it, that will prolong your air significantly.
