Just picked up a used shapeoko 4xl. Its about 3 years old but with almost no use. The seller set it up and had it running yesterday. I downloaded everything adid all the checks today. Everything looks good except I can’t jog it in the x or y axis anymore than 5mm. Z axis is fine. Im on carbide motion 566
Can anyone tell me what the problem is here
Connect to the machine through carbide motion, then go to settings and under the machine tab configure travel dimensions. It’s probably set to 5mm currently.

Tried that. Doesn’t matter what dimensions i put in it still won’t move any more
Check your jog increment, the default is the smallest step and will appear to basically not move.
