Y-Axis Limit Trigger worked itself loose

Had my Shapeoko for 3 weeks now and when initializing it this weekend I heard a horrible noise and shut it off. Eventually I discovered the Y-Axis Limit Trigger had unscrewed itself (maybe due to vibrations). I screwed it back in and its fine now.

I was wonder if there were any suggestions for how to prevent this (or maybe it’s just one of those things I need to check when I use it?).

Please use threadlock on it.

Thanks, I was wondering if that could be used. The S4 came with some for the standoffs (which wasn’t needed for the S4 Standard).

Only use removeable thread locker. Permanent means permanent and requires a torch to get permanent to release which is not very compatible with continued use of your Shapeoko.
