My wife’s family has a cottage on an island nearby, and just in front of it in the water is a rock that really looks like a turtle.
So, we decided to ‘name’ the cottage, with the entirely unsurprising name “Turtle Rock”.
Here’s a sign we made up.
Both are made of Cedar, the text board was painted first and the surrounding wood removed, the turtle is epoxy-filled and coated.
