We’ve said this a few times before, but it’s worth another post for all of the new users we have:
If you get a crash in Carbide Create or Carbide Motion and you get a BugSplat popup, be sure to submit the information with your name and email.
Most of the reports we get are bugs that are already fixed, and if the report has an email, we can send out a note to let them know. If it’s a new bug, we might want to reach out for more information.
Either way, the information you share in a BugSplat submission is never shared with outside parties and it’s never entered into any marketing database.
