Does anybody know why, when I put this STL file into Carbide create pro, It completely changes its z axis profile? The blue shape is the STL file. The silver is carbide. I loose all the relief dimension. Am I missing something in my settings?

Sorry, the file is too big to post, but I made it in a combination of RevoStudio, which is my 3d scanning software and Meshmixer. I used the MM measurements from Meshmixer and made my block in Carbide Create the exact same size.
Oddly, I just redownloaded Carbide Create and now it is loading up just fine. All good!
