Currently CM doesn’t have a probe adjustment for fine tuning but you can easily use UGS and input your exact measurements and use its probe routines just fine.
Imo trying to probe within 5 thou is probably the limit when used correctly. With conductive stock it’s easy to get within 0.001 by using the probe led as an indicator.
