Z Slippage on Start of Run

Hey Friends, I am having an issue with my Z.I did the design in V-Carve Pro and use Carbide Motion as the sender. I set my machine up and zero all axis to the bottom left corner. Load my file and hit run. Says Install bit #9 and set RPMs to 1400. Yup everything looks good, hit continue, then the spindle on the Z axis shoots upwards and makes a couple of chunk, chunk, chunk sounds. When it gets to position it plunges much deeper than the 0 on the Z axis. Why is it doing this? Is my belt to loose? Any help would be much apreciated. I just ruined a $400 Cutting Board🤦‍♂️.

What do you have the safety/retract height set to?
