My son asked if I could make some custom game tokens for a board game he created. Using the Nomad 883 at our public library I milled 42, 1" diameter, 0.15" thick walnut with 0.044" deep curly maple inlays. Used Carbide Create; just love the precision that lets me do the under 1" maple with such precision, using 0.015" SQ endmill for tiniest details. Used 60 degree vmill on backside for game name.
