Issue with EGC file in Universal G-Code Sender

Hi,

I am new to the world of machining and I just finished building my own Shapeoko 3 CNC. I am using Carbide Create as the CAD software and am having an issue when it comes to saving the g-code. When I click on the “Save G-Code” button it saves it in an EGC file and when I go to upload the file in Universal G-code Sender I can not see the g-code. Is there anywhere to convert the EGC file to g-code or perhaps would simply naming the file as a .NC file work using Carbide Create? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you update to a more recent Carbide Create it will export unencrypted G-Code.

This was changed back in July:

I will be sure to do that and see if that works. Thanks for your help!
