Well I thought I was ready to go. I plugged the touchborobe into the reserved spot on the board and attached the end of the clip wire to the frame of the Shapeoko. When I touch the clip to the probe base the light does not turn red. It remains green. Any suggestions please!!
Please try fastening to the ground on the electronics enclosure — if that doesn’t work, let us know at support@carbide3d.com and we’ll do our best to help you sort this out.
