I need to cut some thin, shallow slots in aluminum & need a 3/32" diameter end mill. I bought an Amana 51472, not realizing it was 1/8" shank. So, I either need to buy a 1/8" collet or find a 3/32" diameter end mill with a 1/4" shank. Trouble is, I need it fairly fast. I’d prefer a 1/4" shank end mill but am not having much luck finding one. Any suggestions? Thank you.
You should have a 1/8 collet in your toolbox and you should be able to get one fairly fast from Elaire or Carbide.
