I’ve fallen very deep and very hard into the 3d printing rabbit hole the last few weeks and this will just pull me further in! My poor printer is pretty much running non-stop as long as I can empty that plate. Me being at work gives it a break (and me sleeping does too).

If that question was to me… I use Vectric Aspire. That said, the above is an assembly which could easily be done in Carbide Create. (except maybe the pine cones on top, which Vectric won’t do either.) I also use Zbrush.
