3D Wavy flag question

Good Evening everyone,

I am stumped on how to add a 2d raised box or a raised 2d image to a 3d wavy flag, while not having the waves from the flag on the image in CC pro.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Use the = (equal) setting for the 3D model component.
