Got my machine in Oct last year. Went together easy and worked great for a month. Now im having issue with it jamming or slipping or something in the y direction. I have checked all connections and screws and i believe belts are tensioned properly. It mostly does it after initializing but sometimes it does when it comes forward for a bit change. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Things to check:
- lubrication of the Y-axis rails: https://docs.carbide3d.com/assembly/linear-guide-maintenance/Linear_Rail_and_Guide_Maintenance_02-17-2021_v1.0.pdf
- Y-axis motor wiring and connectors — all secure and in good condition? Check them by powering down and removing both Y-axis belts and putting a bit of tape on each pulley (so as to more easily see their rotation), then power up, connect to the machine, and initialize — the Z- and X-axis should home as expected, while the Y-axis motors should turn until they time out — do they turn evenly and in synch?
