This 64-inch square table was built without CNC for a soon-to-be-ordered 4-ft x 4-ft Shapeoko 5. I could have built it with the Shapeoko, but I didn’t have a table for it… The key thing is that this is a five-legged table. The table is supported by only three legs, with two as outriggers to prevent tip-over. Three legs avoids table and machine warping when the setup is wheeled to a different location in the shop. I made this mod to my smaller Shapeoko 3 XXL table and it works very well. Loads from the middle leg are transferred to the corners by the deeper table support as shown in this photo.

Looks nice, but if you had started out with a torsion box table, then it wouldn’t warp at all. I have plastic legs holding mine up, but I don’t move it around. If I put a chip under one foot, It will rock rather than warp.
You must be planning on running it on a rough concrete pad.
Thanks for the comment. Good point about the torsion box - I will keep this in mind for the next time. I will be using this table in the garage. Its floor is smooth but not flat enough…
