I’m entering a few new bits i picked up and having trouble with entering the numbers of a 90deg vee mill (https://www.whitesiderouterbits.com/products/1502)…
I enter 90 into the angle and it turns red and prevents me from saving it.
Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong?

You need to enter the taper angle, not the nominal angle, so a 90 degree endmill tapers 45 degrees on each side (half 90), so enter 45.

Interesting… so does that mean my 60deg 1550 should be entered as 30deg (per side)?
Edit: yup, looks like that worked. Just cut with the 60deg bit and it looks great.
