I passed this on to the support team, but try switching your cut direction. Carbide Create defaults to conventional cutting. Fusion defaults to Climb. The one direction creates a natural tendency to push the endmill away from the wall. That could cause a consistent couple thou difference.

Thanks! That last test I posted was with the direction switched to conventional. I also ran another version with Carbide Create and am seeing relatively similar results.
Outside of the forum I’ve been talking with one of the support guys at Carbide, so all’s good there. ![]()

The first thing that jumps out if you are a new Fusion user is the Stock To Leave setting on the toolpath.
